The hotel's location was fine, offering easy access to major roads and central to all our needs in the Concord and Charlotte areas. There were always people and kids hanging out, but the presence of an on-call manager added a sense of security. However, the noise from the hall outside my room sounded like furniture being moved well past midnight, somewhat impacting my rest.

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were filthy with bugs and outdated, much smaller than expected, and reeked of smoke. On top of that, the beds were not clean or well-maintained, which left me feeling embarrassed that I had put my workers in this hotel.
