The hotel's location was fine, offering easy access to major roads and central to all our needs in the Concord and Charlotte areas. There were always people and kids hanging out, but the presence of an on-call manager added a sense of security. However, the noise from the hall outside my room sounded like furniture being moved well past midnight, somewhat impacting my rest.

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were filthy with bugs and outdated, much smaller than expected, and reeked of smoke. On top of that, the beds were not clean or well-maintained, which left me feeling embarrassed that I had put my workers in this hotel.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, very central to all our needs in the Concord and Charlotte areas, which worked well for our trip's purpose. The rooms, however, were not as spacious as depicted in the pictures, and there were some issues with the cleanliness and readiness for our check-in. The service was a mixed bag, with friendly and helpful staff but some mishaps during check-out. The dining options were limited, especially late at night, but the convenience of having essential cooking utensils in the room was a nice touch.
